The selected candidate will manage Accounts Payable and bi-weekly payroll processing tasks within a non-profit, government sector.     Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of Accounts Payable and bi-weekly payroll processing for 150 employees.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
    • Maintain precise customer credit records and monitor customer accounts to take necessary action.
    • Utilize the Paycor payroll system and MIP accounting software (knowledge of these specific systems is beneficial but not a requirement).
    • Execute various accounting functions in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Manage and resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts payable and payroll.
    • Employ accounting software systems to optimize data processing.
    • Conduct regular auditing to ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
    • Manage Account coding and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
    • Utilize financial services skills, particularly with ADP and Concur, to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll management
    • Proficiency in Account Coding
    • Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
    • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
    • Familiarity with Concur software
