    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in an application support, technical support, or IT analyst role.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of application lifecycles and support methodologies.
    • Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis.
    • Experience supporting enterprise-level systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, or custom applications).
    • Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
    • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and databases.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
