We are in the Private Equity industry, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and are seeking a Digital Media Director to guide and expand our digital marketing endeavors across various platforms. The role involves driving customer engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and boosting revenue growth by applying innovative digital strategies and data-driven decision making for our multiple store locations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and put into action comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/retargeting, and website conversion optimization.
• Utilize data insights to enhance the customer journey, stimulate conversions, and steer prospects through the sales funnel.
• Consistently generate traffic and leads, carry out ROI analyses, and adjust the marketing mix based on performance metrics.
• Establish and manage relationships with essential digital advertising partners, including reaching out and testing for new opportunities.
• Supervise digital media planning to guarantee a unified customer experience across all channels.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and regional leaders to align digital initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Keep track of campaign performance and collaborate with finance and digital operations to report results and fine-tune strategies.
• Collaborate with the innovation team to optimize the website for improved digital conversions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital media role, preferably in the private equity sector
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Demonstrable experience with Constant Contact for email marketing and other communication purposes
• Solid understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management and updates
• Proven track record in creating and managing advertisements across various digital platforms
• Experience in blogging to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Strong ability in developing and executing brand awareness strategies
• Extensive experience in campaign planning and execution across multiple digital channels
• Ability to stay updated with emerging digital trends and technology.
