    Robert Half is partnering with a national law firm seeking a Litigation Associate for its Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal attorney will have between 2 -7 years of experience.

    The firm has a strong national reputation in construction law and offers a collaborative environment where associates are encouraged to grow their practice and engage in business development. Associates are provided with a marketing budget and mentorship from experienced attorneys in the field.

    This position is primarily in-office to promote collaboration and team culture with some flexibility. Base salary up to $230,000, with a competitive bonus structure tied directly to hours billed. The annual billable requirement is 1850 hours.

    Key Qualifications:

    • JD from a well-regarded law school with strong academic credentials
    • Strong writing skills are essential
    • Law review, moot court, trial team, or similar experience preferred
    • Construction litigation experience or interest is a plus
    • Limited job hopping; reputable big or medium law firm experience
    • Must be a proactive team player with experience developing case strategy and litigation plans

Operating within the legal industry, this role involves tasks such as reviewing and evaluating AI-generated US legal content, providing assessment feedback, and navigating multiple software-based tools.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Evaluate AI-generated draft US legal content, including memos, briefs, and summaries of US legal content types such as opinions and statutes.</p><p>• Utilize Excel and other tools to create inputs/prompts for a Large Language Model (LLM) and analyze outputs from the model for model training.</p><p>• Assess the accuracy of summary, answer, and draft content as well as any statutory rules or case citations contained within the output.</p><p>• Provide high-quality feedback rating analysis and additional comments on products being tested.</p><p>• Show agility and adaptability in shifting to new assignments as needed, maintaining a high volume of work in accordance with set quotas.</p><p>• Maintain strong written communication skills and engage regularly with Leads and Managers, demonstrating comfort in asking questions.</p><p>• Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.</p><p>• Leverage strong legal research and legal analysis skills, coupled with a high degree of familiarity with US legal content/documents.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to manage spreadsheets efficiently.</p><p>• Apply transactional and litigation experience effectively in the role.</p>
