We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry, based in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, 44514-4381, United States. This role focuses on providing top-notch customer service in a remote setting, handling queries from healthcare professionals, and managing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Offer remote assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of professionalism and efficiency
• Answer inbound calls related to prescription drug benefits, providing accurate and comprehensive resolutions
• Manage high volume call center metrics, ensuring service levels are consistently met
• Assist customers with their inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment
• Coordinate work efforts with other employees, teams, and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer credit applications
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Foster a thorough understanding of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management
• Work independently, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks without constant supervision.
• Proven experience in customer service within a call center is a must
• Ability to effectively assist customers in a detail oriented and courteous manner
• Previous experience working in a call center environment is essential
• Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced call center
• Experience with inbound call center operations is required
• Ability to handle high volume call center tasks effectively
• Familiarity with call center metrics and using them to improve performance
• Proficiency in providing remote assistance to customers
• Demonstrated skills in data entry with high accuracy
• Prior experience or knowledge in pharmacy is desirable
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management is a bonus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
