    We are seeking a highly organized and professional part time Executive Assistant to support a busy executive in his business and personal life. The client works with nonprofits on the side. This is a contract to hire job opportunity. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 10 hours/week (2 hours/day, Monday–Friday). Position is remote to Pittsburgh, PA and will need someone to meet with him at a centralized location to Wexford, PA. Pay depending on experience: $24+


    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming appointments


    Draft, proofread, and manage written communications on behalf of the executive


    Handle email and phone correspondence professionally and promptly


    Coordinate and set up meetings and appointments, both virtual and in-person


    Communicate on behalf of the executive with internal teams and external partners


    Assist in planning and executing fundraising activities and donor outreach


    Conduct follow-ups and ensure smooth day-to-day operations



    Qualifications:

    Prior experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role preferred


    Excellent verbal and written communication skills


    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


    Comfortable speaking on the phone and representing the executive professionally


    Experience or interest in nonprofit and fundraising work is a plus


    Tech-savvy; comfortable with calendar apps, email, and remote collaboration tools
