    Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support for the Windows 11 upgrade project
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware and Windows operating systems
    • Utilize Active Directory for user and access management
    • Implement configuration management to ensure system stability and performance
    • Assist in the maintenance and support of Microsoft Windows 10
    • Act as the first point of contact for all desktop support-related queries and issues.
    • Proficiency in Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

    • Experience with Active Directory, including user account creation, group policy management, and troubleshooting.

    • Knowledge of Configuration Management, with the ability to maintain and enhance system configurations according to established guidelines.

    • Familiarity with Windows 11, including installation, troubleshooting, and user support.

    • Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, with the ability to provide comprehensive technical support to users.

    • Prior experience in a Desktop Support role, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and resolving complex technical issues.
