We looked for a system that offered you the ease of monthly approvals, combined with the speed, control, sophistication, security and efficiency that you have asked for. We have engaged with Belgium’s top software provider for the interim sector – Pratoflex – as together we are able to deliver everything you asked for!
There are many advantages, but here are a few of the most often noted improvements: Speed – you no longer need to wait for candidates to submit timesheets. Timesheets are automatically created based on your contract and you have control to approve or edit. Control – each month you can approve or edit timesheets to account for sickness or holiday directly within the system. Sophistication – you can easily export data to Excel for auditing or reporting purposes.  Stability & Security – modern technical SAAS architecture built on Azure for unparalleled security. Efficiency – We no longer require manual signatures on paper, ensuring quicker processing.
The new system puts the client in control – timesheets are automatically created based on your contract. You have control to edit them for sickness or vacation time as necessary. Robert Half’s new system will go live for everyone as from July. All time from 1 July will have to be approved in Robert Half’s new system.
Yes, you will receive an invitation via Robert Half to create an account as soon as you employ a temporary worker through us after 1 July 2020. For security reasons, we cannot share any current credentials with the new system, so you will have to create a new login.
Hours can be approved throughout the month. From the start of the contract at the beginning of each month, the hours are visible to you. We advise you to wait until the end of the month before approving so that any illness or last-minute holiday can still be passed on correctly.
Yes, the hours you see are the contractual hours. If the temporary worker has performed more or less hours, you can adjust this before you approve. Making Changes Video.
The final approvals must be sent at the latest by the last working day of the month.
You can delegate and we can set up multiple accounts per company.
Different people can log in at the same time for the same customer, no problem at all.
You can always view the past months, beginning with July 2020.
You can use all standard browsers to work with Robert Half’s new system.
Yes, you can designate the holiday days taken and process the timesheet.
You have the ability to edit the timesheet to reflect the missed hours or days.
You can operate Robert Half’s new system via your smartphone.
