Robert Half is currently looking for a trilingual Personal Assistant (M/F/X) for an international company specialized in the legal sector.

This international structure is located in the center of Brussels.

Your responsibilities in this role of Personal Assistant (M/F/X) are as follows :

Management & administrative support for employees ;
Management & organisation of staff travel ;
Managing employee schedules, including travel, appointments, and restaurant reservations ;
Invoicing employees (management & encoding) ;
Management and processing of expenses via Chrome River ;
Handling long-distance telephone calls and conference calls ;
Making new client/business enquiries and maintaining records ;
Preparing presentations using MS Office ;
Filing and formatting documents.

The qualifications required for this position of Personal Assistant (M/F/X) are as follows :

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree ;
You have several years' experience in a similar role ;
Experience in the legal sector is an additional advantage ;
You have a perfect command of French, Dutch and English (written & spoken) ;
You are professional, independent, dynamic, highly organised and efficient ;
You are flexible, able to handle several tasks at once and cope with stress ;
You are open-minded and curious ;
You have an ability to communicate while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
